Applicant Qualifications
Plan 1.1
- The applicant must have completed a master’s degree in music or an equivalent qualification.
- The applicant must meet the specific requirements of the music program they are applying to.
- If the applicant obtained a master’s degree in music or its equivalent from an overseas institution, the qualification must be assessed and certified as equivalent to a master’s degree by the Office of the Higher Education Commission.
- Applicants without a music-related degree but with significant professional experience in music may be considered at the discretion of the program's executive committee.
- The applicant must propose a dissertation topic that meets quality and relevance standards, as approved by the program’s executive committee.
Plan 2.2
- The applicant must have completed a bachelor’s degree in music or an equivalent qualification.
- The applicant must meet the specific requirements of the music program they are applying to.
- If the applicant obtained a bachelor’s degree in music or its equivalent from an overseas institution, the qualification must be assessed and certified as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree by the Office of the Higher Education Commission.
- Applicants without a music-related degree but with significant professional experience in music may be considered at the discretion of the program's executive committee.
Documents Required for the Interview
Doctoral Degree – Plan 1.1
- Submit a portfolio including educational history, professional experience, academic work, and professional achievements. For musical compositions or performance-related work, please include QR codes or links to video or audio media. Highlighting significant accomplishments in music creation, music production technology, or the music industry will be considered an advantage.
- A proposal for research or a creative work in music to be developed into a dissertation (if available).
- Letters of recommendation (if available).
- An abstract or a published article from the master’s thesis (if available).

Class Schedule and Tuition Fees
- Classes are held Monday through Friday from 17:30 to 21:30 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 08:30 to 20:50, depending on the class schedule.
- The total program cost ranges from 432,000 to 576,000 THB (excluding a 1,000 THB damage deposit). Fees are divided over 6-9 semesters at 72,000 THB per semester.
